The Challenge: 2,100 embroidered items in 4 days
Here at Enterprise Workwear, we pride ourselves on delivering five star service every time, which is why when we were set the challenge by a Sytner Select branch to completely kit out their workforce with brand new embroidered uniform we relished the opportunity.
The initial order comprised of over 2,000 garments that all required embroidery... and were needed by the end of the week! So just four days from order approval to be delivered. Below is the step-by-step process we followed to ensure we could hit the target.
STEP 1: INITIAL ENQUIRY & VISUALSWe always like to produce a visual of the desired product to show product placement. Doing this gave the customer the chance to adjust the positioning of any decoration before committing to a physical sample. |
STEP 2: SAMPLE MEETINGOnce visuals had been approved, embroidered samples were taken to the client for their review. These were left with the client for members of the team to try for sizing. |
STEP 3: ORDER MEETINGWe were back with the customer to finalise their order, after they were happy with the samples provided and the quality of the garments. This also provides the opportunity for any final questions or queries they may have regarding their order.

STEP 4: PRODUCTIONWith an incredibly tight deadline, we got straight to work; the embroidery machines were packed with garments! |
STEP 5: QUALITY CONTROL & PACKINGThe most important part of the process - making sure every item was accounted for and embroidery was perfect. We also individually man-packed this order, with each employee receiving their own pack of clothing ready to wear... its the little things that really make a difference!

STEP 6: FINAL DELIVERYIt was a success! All items were delivered to the deadline and we have a very happy customer. |
