Buyer Portals: Workwear On Tap!

If you're the one tasked with ordering and re-ordering your company's branded workwear, you'll know just how frustrating it can sometimes be, particularly when you've got so many other things you need to be getting on with.

We've heard the same story time and again - even the 'simple' task of getting all the right sizes together from ten or twenty people for shirts, trousers, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets, boots etc, always seems to end in clumps of hair being torn out by the roots!

Then you've got to call your supplier and explain it all to him, make sure you're getting the same products as last time and at the same price, and confirm that they have the up to date artwork and that your branding will be in the right place and the same size.

What should be a five minute job ends up being a nightmare!

That's why in 2019 we created our 'Buyer Portals'.

The idea is unbelievably simple - essentially it's an online shop, but all the products are YOUR predetermined products, at YOUR predetermined prices, with YOUR predetermined branding. Just pop what you need into your basket, then when you're ready head to the checkout. In a few clicks you're all done.

And there's no need to hunt down the company credit card either - we'll simply invoice you at the end of the month.

Order everything in one visit or build your basket over a few days. It's up to you.

So how does it work?

It starts with a conversation to establish what products you want and what prices you'll pay, depending on how much you'll be ordering over the year. We'll then confirm your artwork and 'mock-up' how the garments will appear. These pictures, once approved by you, will then be used as your product pictures in your portal.

Then we'll create the portal itself. As mentioned previously, this is essentially an online shop, but it's private to you. Nobody can view or access your portal without your secure log in credentials.

For companies with multiple branches, depots or buying centres we simply create a user account for each centre's buyer and either invoice each centre separately or invoice a central accounts department. Whatever works best for you.
